Rob Dwyer, President

Rob has been working in glass for over 27 years.  He began his career after he returned from serving 6 years in the United States Marine Corps. He started his first company in 1999 and has been self employed ever since, owning an auto glass business as well as a window and door contracting business.  He began as an installer and utilizes that hands on experience in the management and operation of every aspect of the business. .

Brittny Dwyer, Marketing Director

Brittny has 6 years of experience in analytics and graphic design and has now been managing the Atlas social media accounts since 2022. She graduated from Arizona State in 2019 and uses her analytical abilities and love for creativity to connect with the public and answer your inquiries.

Brandon Chambers, Installation Manager

Brandon has worked with Rob for almost 7 years and he has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team and our customers.  He has extensive construction experience and a knack for delivering a project on time as well as managing his team.  He's all about the details and loves adding those finishing touches that bring a project together.
